Housing increase by 200mm
To be able to label particularly high workpieces, an attachment with 200mm height is mounted on the laser cabin.
This gives the possibility to increase the z-axis way also by 200 mm and to extend the permissible workpiece height.
Double Head Galvo
As an alternative to 2 separate laser systems, a double-head Galvosystem can also be used.
This option allows simultaneous labeling/editing on 2 editing surfaces. These surfaces can be offset by 90 ° or may lie next to each other. It is possible to use a beam divider or a beam switch.
A further advantage is the reduction of the workpiece movements and the accompanying shortening of the cycle times.
Label printers
In addition to laser marking, adhesive labels are often affixed to products.
In order to avoid this normally additional work step, we can integrate a labeling device due to the modular construction of our machines.
Labels can be used in different sizes, shapes and materials.
Workpiece Carrier
Workpiece carrier for various parts in shape and size.
Our tool and fixture manufactures all images for complicated geometries and special shapes.
