The basic equipment includes all the supply units for the laser, the controlled magazine axle as well as a suction integrated into the control unit.

The laser system is equipped with a generous door to provide optimum contact to the laser room. A large CE-certified Laser Protection Window (Protection Filter) enables visual process observation.

Through the arrangement of the conveyor, a permanent access to the filled sorting boxes and thus an ongoing removal of already made orders is possible.

2 Abwickelhaspeln for films and label material:
Changing the coils is very easy. To allow a rapid change from one laser material to another, 2 Abwickelvorrichtungen are attached to the machine frame. This makes it possible to label and cut 2 different laser materials, such as black foil or pre-stamped laser labels, economically.
