System for laser engraving of data matrix codes in aluminium or plastic surfaces with integrated camera system for automatic inspection. In addition to the data matrix codes, the label can also contain alphanumeric content, as well as graphics and logos.

The workpieces are removed from a pallet by a robot and placed on the feeder track. These are then retracted into the Laser Protection Area (Laser Class 1) and labelled with the desired content. Then the workpieces are further promoted to the Reading station and checked by the integrated camera. If parts do not meet the criteria previously defined, they are sorted out via a special lock. The good parts are placed on a changing table and can then be removed.

The structure:
Machine frame in sturdy steel welding construction for long-term industrial use.

The entire structure is mounted on the solid base frame, so that a rapid change of location of the system is possible.
