Our production in Austria stands for the highest quality standards and maximum safety in the operation of our laser systems. We rely on first-class components from renowned manufacturers and carry out strict internal quality controls. In this way, we guarantee the long-term, stable functionality of our systems - in mechanics, electronics and software.

Penteq offers the widest range of beam sources for laser material processing: from UV lasers (355 nm), blue (450 nm) and green (532 nm) to fibre and CO₂ lasers in all relevant wavelengths and power classes. Our exclusive technologies include AI-supported contour detection, laser beam tracking and the testing and verification of workpiece properties, QR and data matrix codes.

We develop customised applications for a wide range of requirements in our fully equipped in-house laser laboratory. Our innovation centre in Austria enables us to implement state-of-the-art solutions quickly and precisely - tailored to your needs.

Our modular concept runs through the entire Penteq portfolio. This means we offer the most comprehensive range of functional modules on the laser market - from rotary axes and XY tables to vision systems such as PenCam Smart-Adjust. Thanks to the flexible design, our standard systems can be expanded mechanically and electrically at any time, so that you can always adapt your systems to new requirements.

Penteq offers the largest portfolio of standard machines as well as semi-standardised and turnkey, customer-specific laser systems for surface processing. Our modular systems enable rapid customisation for special requirements and special machines.

Established components such as airlocks, conveyor systems, robots and vision systems, which have already been tried and tested many times and are fail-safe, guarantee reliable quality. This saves you time and money, while you can rely on a proven, flexibly expandable solution.

All Penteq software solutions are developed in our own software forge - for maximum functionality and flexibility. With extensive experience in ERP connections and data processing, we fulfil individual software requirements and offer customised solutions for Industry 4.0 and the highest data security standards. Our systems support common communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Profinet and OPC-UA and are based on Windows 11. This enables full control and seamless integration into your production processes.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Penteq. Our laser systems are optimised for fast and efficient assistance: Thanks to our online maintenance system, we can rectify failures remotely in 85% of cases. If a component fails, we identify the problem 99% of the time via remote analysis and initiate immediate measures such as dispatching spare parts or scheduling a technician visit.

Standardised components in all systems enable us to supply spare parts directly from stock. For particularly critical productions, we offer maintenance contracts that guarantee regular servicing and reliable, failure-free production.
