Fully automatic and flexible
Maximum flexibility in positioning the laser head and therefore the processing field thanks to the laser on robot concept. An additional robot serves as a manipulator and thus also expands the processing options.
The workpiece carriers are customised to the products to be processed. The machine frame is designed in a stable welded steel construction and is suitable for many years of industrial use. All components such as the laser supply unit, industrial PC and laser fume extraction system are integrated into the system.
Flexible workpiece carriers and robots for multi-sided machining
The workpiece carriers are customised and optimally adapted to the system. One universal workpiece carrier per turntable half is established on a quick-change system with hardened bushes/bolts for lasting accuracy even with long change intervals.

This powerful model is specially optimised for high-throughput surface processing such as paint stripping, decoating for surface cleaning and structuring.
