The LG 50 DeskTop laser system was developed with the aim of combining simple operation and robust technology. It is specially designed for the economical marking of workpieces made of various materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium or plastics.
The front flap with EasyOpen system not only offers optimum accessibility, but also eliminates the need for an automatic door. The generous working area and the flexible design of the laser head open up a wide range of possible applications - from line integration to the processing of a wide variety of workpieces.

Ready for immediate use
The device is ready for immediate use, only a 230V power connection is required.
An integrated, CE-certified laser safety window allows a view into the laser room for process monitoring.
Easy Open front flap
The front flap, which swings upwards, is equipped with the EasyOpen system and is therefore also suitable for high loading and unloading frequencies. This design makes an automatic door almost unnecessary, as only a small amount of force is required to open and close it. Design of the front flap with 3 sides to provide optimum accessibility to the work area.
Solid base frame
The optional base frame not only provides space for all components, but also ensures safe and mobile use at different locations thanks to its stability.
End-to-end product tracking
In combination with the PenApp Track'n Trace, the LG 50 fulfils the highest demands for traceability and quality assurance.
Complete package
The integrated software enables simple text input, graphic editing and the import of various formats. This allows you to design your labelling quickly and efficiently.
Flexible focus adjustment for maximum precision
Manual focussing of the LG 50 is conveniently carried out using a hand crank, allowing adjustments to be made even during the laser process. Especially in laboratory operation, this function offers experienced users increased flexibility and precise control - ideal for demanding tests and versatile applications.
