A vibratory bowl feeder (vibratory conveyor, bowl feeder, vibratory bowl etc.) is used to feed workpieces and industrial bulk parts in the correct position.
The workpieces are conveyed on a circular spiral in a driven upper sorting section and fed to the laser system in the correct position using various sorting devices.
Suitable for numerous workpieces such as discs, bolts, sleeves, caps made of metal or plastic.
Complete solution and solid mechanical engineering
Sturdy machine frame in welded steel construction and powder-coated sheet steel panelling for many years of industrial use.
In the basic version, all supply units for the laser, the controlled Z-axis and a suction unit integrated into the control system are integrated into the housing.
Express orders in between
The laser system is designed with a large automatic door to provide optimum accessibility to the laser room. A large CE-certified laser safety window (safety filter) enables visual process monitoring.
A loading door attached to the front allows manual operation in between and can be used, for example, for the production of particularly urgent orders of individual pieces or for loading larger workpieces that cannot be conveyed via the workpiece carriers.
Integrable vision systems check product characteristics such as colour inspection, presence of recesses, code checks and much more.
