PenSoft Connect IP
Die Software wurde speziell für die Anforderungen in der Herstellung von Typenschildern entwickelt. Jahrelange Erfahrungen in der Typenschildproduktion führten zu einer optimierten Lösung welche bei weltweit führenden Firmen im Einsatz ist. Die Software basiert auf dem langjährig entwickelten und geprüften Penteq Framework, welches kontinuierlich verbessert und weiterentwickelt wird. Dabei erfolgt die gesamte Bedienung inklusive Anzeige der Vision Systeme auf einer Softwareoberfläche.

Die konfigurierbare PenSoft Connect IP deckt sämtliche Anforderungen bei der Produktion von Typenschildern ab. Der Import der Variablen Daten erfolgt in dr Regel von einem ERP-System wie z.B.: SAP odere Oracle oder von einem MES System. Die durch das integrierte Vision System geprüften Schilder werden sortiert nach Auftrag abgelegt. Das Prüfergebnis wird mit einem Timestamp (Zeitstempel) an einem definiertem Pfad abgelegt oder an ein verbundenes System zurückgespielt. Die bereits abgearbeiteten Aufträge werden automatisch in das Job-Archiv verschoben. Diese können für eine Nachproduktion wieder in die Auftragsliste importiert werden.
Ein Dropdown-Menü zeigt die importierten Aufträge an. In der Auftragszeile werden Daten aus dem importieren Auftrag angezeigt. Die Aufträge können sowohl einzel gestartet sowie auch der Reihenfolge nach automtisch abgearbeitet werden. Die Schilder werden nach Auftrag sortiert in Sortierboxen ausgegeben. Sollte die Kapazität einer Box überschritten werden so wird automatisch die nächste Box befüllt. Die Position der sortierten Aufträge in den Boxen wird in der Sioftware angezeigt.
