With its spacious work area, the LG 500 LaserWorkStation considerably expands the possibilities of laser processing. It is ideal for large, bulky workpieces or the simultaneous processing of several small components. Thanks to the parallel operation of function modules such as CardMaker and Labelmaker, the system offers exceptional efficiency in production. This is complemented by the optional integration of a double pull-out table, which optimises the handling of large workpieces and high quantities.

The well thought-out concept of the double pull-out table offers numerous advantages:
- Larger work surface: Maximum loading capacity thanks to rectangular table supports compared to the "pie slice shape" of the turntable
- Optimised work surface: When the tables are pushed in, the entire table support is available (1500 x 500 mm)
- Extended functionality: Additional space for large rotary axes, CardMaker and other modules
- Flexible processing: Division into right and left stations for parallel processes
- Automated process: Control integration of the double table ensures efficient workflows
The double pull-out table module also offers the option of loading and unloading one table at a time simultaneously with the labelling process.
This enables a high throughput to be realised for processing large quantities.

Laser workstation LG 500
The LG 500 XL laser workstation is the solution for labelling very large workpieces or a large number of small workpieces.
Fast automatic door
The generously dimensioned automatic door ensures quick and easy access to the work area. Its control system enables precise adjustment of the door stroke to minimise non-productive time and optimise the workflow. The CE-certified laser safety window ensures both safety and a clear view of the machining process.
Industrial design
The robust steel construction of the LG 500 is designed for long-term industrial use. Powder-coated and resistant, it fulfils the highest requirements for durability and stability. All necessary components are already included in the basic version, which ensures smooth commissioning.
