Fully automatically productive
Workpieces made of aluminium, stainless steel, steel, brass, carbide and plastics can be processed with optimum material flow. The innovative design of the rotary table enables workpieces to be processed in laser class 1 without having to switch the laser safety circuit on and off permanently.
This enables extremely short cycle times to be realised. In addition to laser processes such as labelling, engraving, cleaning, paint stripping and welding, other processes can also be integrated.
The workpiece holders are adapted to the products to be processed. The machine frame has a sturdy welded steel construction and is suitable for many years of industrial use. All components such as the laser supply unit, industrial PC and laser fume extraction system are integrated into the system.
Flexible workpiece carriers and robots for multi-sided machining
Customised workpiece carriers can be used to feed a wide variety of shapes and dimensions. The simple creation of a wide variety of products enables a comprehensive layout catalogue to be set up quickly in the laser system. An optional manipulation robot removes the workpieces from the conveyor line and loads them onto the turntable.
Optional vision systems
Our laser systems can generally be equipped with integrated vision systems to enable reliable quality control. These vision systems are specially designed to check various product properties and ensure that they meet the given specifications.
Some of the typical applications include:
Colour inspection: Detect colour deviations and check whether the colour coding or colour quality of a product meets the requirements.
Checking the presence of recesses: Checking whether mechanical recesses or cut-outs are correctly attached and in the correct positions.
Code check: Barcodes, QR codes or data matrix codes are checked to ensure that they are correct and legible.
Dimension and geometry check: The systems can analyse the dimensions and geometry of a product in order to detect production errors at an early stage.
Position correction: The alignment of the laser processing in X, Y and rotation is corrected automatically

Reliability and maximum productivity
The solid construction of the machine frame in welded steel construction with powder-coated sheet steel panelling guarantees many years of industrial use. Simple connection to the user's IT systems is easy to realise with Pensoft Connect. Seamless integration of the vision systems is a matter of course. Operation is intuitive thanks to a homogeneous software interface.
Turntable with flexible holders
The turntable with a diameter of 1000 or 2000 mm can be designed with holders adapted to the maximum workpiece dimensions.
Due to this special design, particularly short cycle times can be realised.
Ready for data exchange
The integrated industrial PC and the Windows-based control system offer the best conditions for seamless integration of the laser system with the user's IT system. Connection to ERP systems is easy to realise thanks to standardised interfaces. The Penteq framework enables customised adaptations for a wide variety of processes.
Compact design
The laser system is equipped with a sturdy welded steel base frame and powder-coated sheet steel panelling for many years of industrial use.
All supply units for controlling the laser, the axes and an optional robot are integrated. In addition, the laser fume extraction system, which is mandatory for employee safety reasons, is built in. This is equipped with a quick-change system for replacing the filters.
Automatic workpiece manipulation
The workpieces are automatically fed and removed using customised workpiece carriers via a driven conveyor line. The workpiece carriers are indexed at the processing position in order to realise high repeat accuracy.
Robots for loading and unloading
The attached industrial robot ensures fast and reliable material handling.
Adaptation to different workpieces by changing grippers is automated.
Optimum operability
The screen, keyboard and mouse are mounted on an ergonomically height and tilt-adjustable, solid swivel arm.
It is controlled and operated using PenSoft software specially developed for laser processing, which is easy to use after a brief introduction.
Layouts are created using an intuitive editor, which offers all the usual options for creating a perfectly customised layout.
